The Gaspare Spanio Safaris lodge is situated on the foothill of the Koedoesrand mountains in South Africa. This area is in the heart of the Limpopo province, one of Africa’s exceptional hunting regions. The Lodge is privately owned and managed. Thus, your stay at Gaspare Spanio Safaris lodge is truly exclusive.

The lodge comprises 3 thatched chalets (one for 4 persons and two for 2 persons) and 2 en-suite bedrooms (for 2 persons) – all with en-suite bathroom. This allows accommodation for five couples or family- and hunting groups at any given time. In addition, partners are also welcome to accompany hunters on their hunting trips.

Recreational activities and time for relaxation for family

We offer photo safari and other recreational activities. There are lots of activities and time for relaxation for family members. Gaspare Spanio Safaris allows family members to join a hunting drive or they can arrange separate game-viewing trips. Thus, a family have the opportunity to enjoy an African experience together.

The main lodge has an open veranda and dining area overlooking the surrounding valleys. Here you will be spoiled with delicious meals and plenty of space to relax. It is also here you find coffee, tea, snacks and the minibar with water, soft drinks, wine and beer.

Enjoy an African experience together

The swimming pool, invites guests to enjoy the sun and a swim after a full day of experiencing or hunting.

In addition, we can arrange sun-downers at your choice. Our fire place and bar is the chosen spot for after dinner, to reminisce and talk about the experiences of the day.

Rooms and chalets

At Gaspare Spanio Safaris we offer modern and luxurious facilities.

We have one thatched chalet for 4 persons, two thatched chalets for for 2 persons, two en-suite 2-person bedrooms which is perfect for 3 people or maybe the accompanying teenagers. This allows accommodation for five couples or family.

The rooms and chalets are all build in traditional african style with thatched roofs, and they also have aircondition and fan to keep the temperature nice and cool. The beds are king size or separate, with quality mattresses ensuring you a good nights rest.
